GENERAL

β˜† Prices for other types (bust, halfbody, etc.) will be calculated individually
β˜† You must have images of your character otherwise I'll take extra payment
β˜† All prices are for one character
β˜† +100% of the cost per each extra char

β˜† Image for personal use in the PNG format 2-4K resolution
β˜† Full contact during the commission execution, I always send WIPs and communicate with you about the details
β˜† I send files via PM with cloud drive link

Payment information:

β˜† Full prepayment via PayPal (USD invoice)
β˜† Payment plans are allowed for commissions above $100
β˜† An official spot in the queue is secured only after we discuss the details and a $100 non-refundable deposit is paid
β˜† Privacy Fee: If you want the artwork to remain strictly private (never published anywhere), there is a +100% fee added to the base price
β˜† NDA/Delayed Publishing: If I cannot share the WIPs or must hold off on publishing until a specific date, a +30% fee is applied
β˜† Commercial Use: If you intend to use the artwork for profit (e.g., merchandise, Patreon/SubscribeStar content, games, streaming assets, selling prints), a +100% commercial fee will be applied to the total price. Please let me know upfront if you need commercial rights

Payment is generally non refundable!

Conditions for refunds are:
If I (the Artist) cancel:
β˜† You will receive a 100% full refund (I will cover the PayPal fee) if I cannot finish your artwork for any reason
β˜† You are entitled to a full refund if I haven't started your commission within 1 month from the moment it's your turn in the queue and haven't notified you of any delaysIf you (the Client) cancel:
β˜† If you request a cancellation before I start working on the piece, you will receive a refund MINUS the PayPal transaction fee and the $100 non-refundable deposit.
β˜† If the work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress
β˜† No refunds will be issued once the coloring phase has begun
